Homemade Minced Meatballs (Boulettes) Recipe

These homemade minced meatballs (boulettes) are flavorful and simple to make. They're perfect for a weeknight dinner or as an appetiser at a party. You can also store them in the freezer for later use.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius fan)/400 degrees Fahrenheit/gas mark 6.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Make balls out of the mixture, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and done.
  • Serve immediately with your favourite side dish.
