  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Rub salt, black pepper, and dried oregano into the beef roast.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Brown the beef roast on all sides in the skillet.
  • Put the beef roast in a roasting pan.
