Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
- While the potatoes roast, wrap 4-5 green beans in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Rep with the rest of the green beans and bacon slices.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the rump steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside for 5 minutes to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and the bacon-wrapped green beans.
- Cook, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the green beans are tender.
- Serve the rump steaks with roasted potatoes and bacon-wrapped green beans.
