- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
- While the potatoes roast, wrap 4-5 green beans in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
