Steak with Tomatoes, Onions and Spinach Recipe

This steak recipe is a tasty and simple way to prepare a restaurant-quality meal at home. The sweet burst of cherry tomatoes, caramelised onions, and wilted spinach complement the juicy steak perfectly.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side in the pan.
  • Bake the steaks for 5-7 minutes on a baking sheet.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • While the steaks are resting, cook the onions in the same pan until soft.
  • Cook until the cherry tomatoes burst, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook until the spinach is wilted in the pan.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Top the steaks with the tomato and spinach mixture.
