This Rosemary and Garlic Bone-In Ribeye Steak is a classic and flavorful way to enjoy a juicy, tender steak. The rosemary and garlic combination adds a fragrant and aromatic touch to this elegant and simple steak.
Ingredients
- 1 bone-in ribeye steak (16 oz)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Season with salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the steak liberally with salt and pepper.
- To make a paste, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil in a small bowl.
