Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 1 inch diameter small meatballs.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Place the meatballs in the pan, taking care not to crowd them.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are browned on all sides and cooked through.
