Pan Seared Steak with Garlic Butter Recipe

Instructions

  • Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Warm up a large cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  • Cook the steaks in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until done to preference.
