Instructions

  • To make a marinade, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub the marinade all over the sirloin steaks.
  • Refrigerate the steaks for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours) to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
